Care and Support Manager Wanted

We are currently seeking a Registered Manager to join our team in St Helens, providing care and support for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

The successful candidate will have a background in working with adults with autism and/or learning disabilities, as well as excellent knowledge of CQC standards and compliance. A clear DBS/CRB is essential for this role.

About Our Service

Our specialist residential service provides care and support for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, and we are looking for a Registered Manager to lead our team.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of CQC standards and compliance, as well as excellent leadership and management skills.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of up to £36,500 per annum, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as a pension scheme, paid DBS, and clear progression opportunities through funded qualifications and apprenticeships.
