About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at Allucent. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating recruitment and talent acquisition processes and practices for Allucent in the EMEA and APAC regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate regional and global job requisitions for Allucent positions
  • Manage direct reporting staff
  • Contribute to and lead regional Talent Acquisition meetings
  • Contribute to the identification, development, and implementation of the global business strategy for the Talent Acquisition department
  • Initiate and lead global Talent Acquisition projects
  • Source and select candidates through job boards, social media, and employee referral programs
  • Conduct phone screens and interviews with candidates
  • Organize and lead meetings with hiring managers to discuss recruitment updates and strategy
  • Coordinate the offer process
  • Assist in onboarding of new employees
  • Attend job events

Requirements
  • Relevant degree in human resources/recruitment/life sciences, or combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
  • Preferably minimum 3 years of experience in drug development and/or clinical research
  • Line management experience
  • Strong communication and networking capabilities
  • Process-oriented
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including good command of English language
