We are seeking a Family Support Worker to join our team of experienced professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing support and guidance to vulnerable children and families.
In this role, you will work closely with stable teams and protected caseloads, providing high-quality care and support to children and families. You will benefit from a competitive salary package, including relocation bonuses, and flexible working arrangements.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of family dynamics and the ability to build relationships with children and families. They will be able to demonstrate a commitment to the principles of social work and provide stability and support when needed.
As a valued member of our team, you will receive regular supervision, wellbeing days, and training opportunities. We offer a market-leading referral fee of £500 per placement for successful referrals.
Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
