Role Overview

As a CRM Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving improvements and enhancing CRM effectiveness for a rapidly expanding pharmaceutical company. You will take charge of analysing and optimising the company's CRM system, uncovering valuable customer insights, identifying key trends, and ensuring data accuracy.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day operation support, including troubleshooting, triage, problem-solving, and escalating issues and incidents to relevant personnel.
  • Define and perform data quality analysis, identifying data quality issues and providing potential solutions to resolve them.


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience of working within the Pharmaceutical industry (at least 5 years).
  • Experience of working directly with Veeva.
  • Experience with analytics tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Excel, etc.
