About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead our new development in Honiton, Devon. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing the entire construction cycle, ensuring all deadlines are met and the development is built to company and NHBC standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the construction site, including health and safety issues, trades and material coordination, site presentation, and cost control.
  • Lead a team of site staff and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
  • Coordinate with external suppliers and specialists to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring costs are within approved limits.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and company policies.
Requirements
  • Black or white CSCS card.
  • Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Site/Construction Management, preferably on the NHBC Site Manager Accreditation programme.
  • Proven experience in site management, preferably in residential development or retirement living.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and first aid.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
