We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team and play a key role in the management and direction of our Civil Engineering projects.

About the Role:

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing commercial team that manages build cost, maximizes margin, and enhances value for money for our clients, while achieving the required standards and quality.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing multiple live schemes simultaneously
  • Coordinating with project teams to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery
  • Developing and implementing commercial strategies to maximize profit and minimize risk
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams

About You:

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in Civil Engineering, Heavy Civils, and Infrastructure projects. You will have a proven track record of success in leading commercial teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key requirements include:

  • Previous experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in a Main Contractor or Subcontractor environment
  • Strong knowledge of commercial management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
