Fleet Recovery Specialist

Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding career as a Heavy Goods Vehicle Technician at Westbourne Motors? We are seeking an experienced driver with a passion for customer service to join our team as a Fleet Recovery Specialist.
The successful candidate will have minimum one year driving experience in vehicles above 3500 kgs and hold a valid digital tachograph card. A technical background is an advantage, but full training will be provided. Preference is given to those with 35 hours of CPC training.
This role involves providing a comprehensive vehicle recovery service for major failures or accidents within a 100 km radius working area. You will work on a 4 on, 2 off rota, including weekends, with a mix of start/finish times. The annual base salary for this position is £32,000 for post holders with HGV C, with bonus opportunities adding up to £9,000+ per annum.
Key responsibilities include:
- Vehicle recovery following breakdown or accident
- Induction training covers all aspects of the role and provides an industry recognised basic level qualification
