Role Overview

A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced marketing professional to lead content outputs, programmes, and client communications at a leading real estate company. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that drives engagement, consistency, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • The Senior Content and Marketing Strategist reports to the Head of B2B Marketing and Content and is accountable for leading all aspects of content creation, editorial direction, and content strategy.
  • This role requires a blend of creative editorial skills, strategic thinking, and leadership to produce high-quality content across multiple formats (e.g., digital, print, long-form, short-form).
  • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning the content strategy for the UK Residential business, leading programmes, projects, and outputs that deliver against this, and collaborating with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and depth of content.
Content Strategy and Delivery

The Senior Content and Marketing Strategist will lead the Residential Editorial Board, bringing together content contributors from across Marketing, PR, and Savills Research. They will collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and depth of content. This includes:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Leading the editorial process and output of Savills' flagship content programme, Portfolio by Savills, in both print and digital formats.
  • Oversighting content calendars and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content across multiple marketing platforms and channels.
Editorial Process and Output

The Senior Content and Marketing Strategist will oversee the editorial process and output of Savills' flagship content programme, Portfolio by Savills. This includes:

  • Proofreading, reviewing, and editing content for clarity, style, grammar, and brand consistency.
  • Writing content where required, including articles, Savills Research outputs, case studies, client communications, event/webinar invites, and more.
Team Collaboration and Leadership

The Senior Content and Marketing Strategist will work alongside the Brand and Marketing Insights, Digital Marketing, Social Media, and CRM teams to ensure that client communications work holistically and address customer needs at each marketing touchpoint.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits may include performance-related bonuses, flexible working arrangements, and opportunities for professional development.
