Reliability Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineering Manager to join our team at AWE. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing leadership to Maintenance & Reliability Engineers, delivering professional engineering services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership to Maintenance & Reliability Engineers, delivering professional engineering services
  • Take the lead on maintenance projects and implement maintenance reliability strategies
  • Promote reliability philosophy in the delivery of through life asset management, driving a proactive and empowered culture

Requirements:
  • An engineering-related qualification (or demonstrable experience)
  • The ability to deliver engineering and maintenance solutions across an equivalent manufacturing and/or research environment comprising a range of infrastructure facilities and associated manufacturing and/or research plant and equipment
  • Previous experience of leading the delivery of engineering services across the lifecycle of an asset
