About the Role

AWE is seeking a skilled Maintenance & Reliability Engineer to deliver engineering solutions that maximize productivity, reliability, innovation, and quality to the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement maintenance and reliability solutions across the full engineering lifecycle.
  • Lead and participate in failure mode effects analysis of critical assets and key systems.
  • Conduct root cause analysis techniques to identify and resolve issues.
  • Effectively manage stakeholders, engaging and influencing others to drive improvements across the function.
  • Identify and support opportunities for cost savings, efficiency, and business improvement.
  • Expand own engineering skills and experience relevant to the engineering domain.
  • Use KPIs to ensure work remains on track and performance is measured.
Requirements
  • A recognized Engineering-related qualification (NVQ level 4/HNC ideal) and a strong maintenance engineering background.
  • The ability to solve a range of technical problems and make necessary decisions to rectify.
  • Ability to communicate and present reports with others on technical requirements and modifications.
  • Knowledge and experience of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems would be highly beneficial.
