Job Title: Digital Asset Manager

Icpnet is a leading provider of content operations solutions. We help global companies manage their content operations, from content management and logistics to creative operations and production. As a Digital Asset Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the management of our client's Media Asset Management (MAM) system.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver system and user training
  2. Raise incident tickets to technical support
  3. Promote best practices in the MAM platform across all user groups
  4. Escalate issues or questions to appropriate team member for resolution
  5. Entry, tagging and quality assurance of incoming assets for global distribution platforms
  6. Audit files and metadata entries for completion and proper organization
  7. Follow operational procedures to complete tasks in a timely manner
  8. Respond and investigates end user inquiries and requests
  9. Support in providing reporting to stakeholders on platform usage metrics and KPIs

Operations Execution:

  1. Input into reports to track agreed upon KPIs
  2. Understand and work against SLAs
  3. Execute day-to-day tasks, including training, shared inbox management, content ingestion, and documentation, to ensure smooth functioning
  4. Ensure timely delivery of assets into the MAM platform
  5. Participate in training to ensure alignment with organizational goals
  6. Help create a productive and positive work environment
  7. Provide exceptional customer service to the client and their vendors
  8. Understand asset rights/usage/restrictions and compliance to ensure asset safety

Process Improvements:

  1. Execute against documented workflow and processes.
  2. Build rapport and trust with others and all levels within Icpnet
  3. Work with team members to generate new ideas and evolve and enhance existing programs
  4. Work with team members to problem solve and consult with account leadership as required

Client Facing Engagement:

  1. Build a good understanding of clients' business issues, industry, competitors, and brands
  2. Where required, collaborate with brand team and agencies stakeholders to ensure content and campaigns are delivered on time and meet quality standards

Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in marketing, commerce and/or creative technologies or related field, including a minimum of 1 year's experience in a client-facing agency or consulting role;

Preferred Skills:

  1. 2 years' industry experience in media, digital asset management, librarian sciences or archives preferred but not required
  2. 2 years' experience using a digital asset management system or other tech system such as a digital library, CMS, PIM, or CRM preferred but not required
  3. Must have acute attention to detail when performing process-oriented tasks
  4. Familiarity with MAM or DAM system
  5. Analytical skills
  6. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with an influential communication style
  7. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly with large data sets in Excel
  8. Good understanding of media channels and file formats used by the client
  9. The ability to multi-task with an interest in all aspects of the role
  10. Able to work both independently and as a part of a world-class team
  11. Media and technology agnostic, while displaying an affinity and passion for the industry
  12. Ability to follow a structured process while being flexible when circumstances require change and adaptation
  13. Able to work both independently and as a part of a world-class team
  14. Ability to adapt to evolving client needs, industry trends, and internal processes
  15. Understanding of project management principles
