Job Title: EMEA Digital Transformation Consultant

Lenovo is seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Consultant to develop comprehensive services solutions for customers to transform and modernize their environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide endpoint management and lifecycle expertise
  • Travel to and facilitate workshops with customers to analyze processes and environments, shape requirements, and develop solution recommendations
  • Partner across multiple organizations to contribute to the services sales cycle
  • Contribute to customer presentations, briefings, and solution reviews
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects on business cases and commercial contracts
  • Promote, sell, and manage pipeline within the Solutions and Services group
Requirements:
  • 8 years of Contract Management, SOW's, Business Development, Professional Services, Project Management, and/or IT Services operations experience
  • Consulting experience in collaborating, scoping, planning, and executing workshops, building agendas, whiteboarding, Agile processes, design thinking, report writing, and creating business cases
  • Preference for candidates with direct experience in IT Services Industry focused on DWS Solutions, understanding of typical IT client infrastructures, tools, and endpoint lifecycle / management activities
  • Familiarity with endpoint device management solutions and industry best practices
  • Proven success in building solutions in the IT services industry
  • Strategic mindset, sound business acumen, effective decision making, contract negotiation, and partner management skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and prioritization skills
  • Proficient with common whiteboarding tools and collaboration technology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Proven ability to operate with a high level of professionalism, entrepreneurialism, and agility
  • Demonstrated ability to work across all levels of the organization with a teaming attitude
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Travel estimated at 40%
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or Advanced technical degree
  • Technical certification from Microsoft, Virtualization tools, endpoint management tools, and ITIL
  • Global Account or Global Enterprise Account Sales experience
