The Talent Hub seeks a skilled Nurturing Childcare Professional to provide high-quality care and support to young people in our residential settings.

As a Residential Childcare Worker, you will play a vital role in the daily lives of the children, promoting their personal development, learning, and socialisation.

With a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (Children) or equivalent, you will have the necessary skills to ensure the well-being and safety of the young people. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are also essential for this role.
