Job Description: We are looking for an exceptional Retail Leadership Role candidate to join our Lidl team in Birmingham. As a Senior Store Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing your team's skills and abilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales assistants, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to help them grow and develop.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and data to inform business decisions and optimize store performance.

Requirements:
  • A strong background in retail leadership, with experience in managing teams and driving business results.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders at all levels.
