About the Role

The Elizabeth School of London is seeking a seasoned Academic Manager to oversee academic operations across its campuses. This leadership role involves direct line management of Associate Academic Managers and collaboration with various teams to uphold academic standards and drive student success.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all academic activities, including curriculum delivery, student assessment, and adherence to academic standards.
  • Monitor lecturer performance, ensuring quality teaching and compliance with established guidelines.
  • Suggest and guide Associate Academic Managers and Programme Leaders to line manage lecturers and find suitable candidates.
  • Ensure induction of new staff members within company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with teams to collect course progression reports and populate bi-weekly reports on student performance.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in education, business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in educational management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Sound knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures.
