Job Summary

The Hydro Analyst position provides critical support to the Hydro organization, encompassing scheduling, documentation control, reporting, data analysis, organization, planning, procurement/accounting activities, logistical support, and technical assistance to various stakeholders, including Managers, Project Managers, Engineers, and Cost Analysts.

This role is responsible for day-to-day tasks and longer-term assignments to support both operation and maintenance and engineering business area initiatives and corporate goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and manage office supplies, business records, and documents (hardcopy and electronic).
  • Plan and organize web, conference, video calls, and events.
  • Verify and process invoices, perform SAP entry and reporting.
  • Develop purchase orders, contract release orders, and other documents in SAP and Avangrid procurement software.
  • Communicate effectively with both operational and engineering business areas.
  • Knowledge of SAP financial system.
Requirements
  • Organizational Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Technical Writing Ability, Analytical Ability, Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word), Project Scheduling, Visio, SAP.
