Job Description

Expleo Engineering UK Limited is seeking a skilled Electronics Hardware Design Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement detail design and implementation of the product backplane hardware module, building on requirements capture, concept design, and prototype construction work.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design for manufacture and test, and to deliver a design suitable for manufacture.
  • Support analysis, documentation, and planning activities, including commissioning plans and PCB layout.
  • Ensure design for EMC compliance and familiarity with CAD software used for circuit design and PCB layout.
  • Use simulation tools to aid circuit design and PCB layout, and detailed design analysis tools.
Requirements
  • BSc in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years' experience in digital or analogue electronics design within a structured development environment.
  • Familiarity with DOORS and Teamcenter, and use of detailed design analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels of the business.
