About the Role

SCR Recruitment Services is seeking an experienced and quality-focused Senior Residential Care Manager to join a small residential home in the Bristol area.

This position offers a unique opportunity for a qualified leader to assist the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high-quality care standards are maintained.

The successful candidate will have prior experience as a Deputy Manager or Team Leader, with strong staff management and organisational skills. A good understanding of CQC regulations is essential, while QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management or equivalent qualifications are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Registered Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the residential home
  • Maintain high standards of care and adhere to CQC guidelines
  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional patient care
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary between £28,000 and £36,000, depending on experience, along with opportunities for career growth and professional development in a supportive and dynamic environment.
