Transform Lives in Bristol
We're seeking an exceptional Social Worker to join our team in Bristol's Adult Services.
Bristol is a vibrant city with diverse communities, offering a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives. As a Social Worker, you'll be part of a supportive team that prioritizes career progression and personal growth.
Your role will involve assessing the needs of citizens and carers, planning, implementing, reviewing, and evaluating outcomes. You'll work collaboratively with individuals, understanding their unique circumstances and priorities, while championing the principles of choice and control.
In this challenging yet rewarding role, you'll support people to make informed decisions, empowering them to organize services and manage risks in ways that suit their needs. You'll maintain professional standards, adapting your approach as needs evolve, and ensuring the creative use of resources, including assistive technology, to deliver high-quality social care.
To succeed, you'll require a Social Work or relevant qualification, registered with Social Work England. A strong motivation, adaptability, and natural collaboration skills are essential, along with a passion for person-centered social care and proven ability to involve people in decision-making and build on their strengths.
As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a competitive salary, generous leave policies, and access to the Local Government Pension Scheme.
