Health and Safety Lead - Frankfurt

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health and Safety Lead to join our Frankfurt team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance across our data centre projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Champion Safety: Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Develop and Implement: Create and oversee task-specific Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and Safe Work Plans to drive our safety culture forward.
  • Audit and Inspect: Conduct regular site audits, document findings, and ensure prompt corrective actions to maintain our safety standards.
  • Train and Lead: Coordinate and manage safety inductions, training, and PPE resourcing to ensure our team members are equipped to work safely.
