About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Risk Management Specialist to join our team at Highfield Professional Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, clients, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Champion Safety: Develop and implement effective safety management systems, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Create and Oversee Safety Plans: Design and manage task-specific Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and Safe Work Plans to mitigate potential hazards.
  • Train and Lead: Coordinate and deliver safety inductions, training, and PPE resourcing to ensure our team is equipped to work safely.
  • Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with project teams and subcontractors to enforce safety policies, maintain welfare and hygiene facilities, and facilitate daily briefings and safety meetings.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Relevant 3rd-level degree in Environmental, Health & Safety.
  • Experience: Data centre experience is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.
