Job Summary:
Venture Recruitment Partners seeks a seasoned finance professional to lead our finance team as a Finance Business Partner. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to drive operational efficiency and make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Commercial and Operations teams to maintain gross margins and optimise processes.
• Design and develop Qlik reports to inform strategic decision-making.
• Provide accurate, timely, and insightful financial analysis to key stakeholders.
• Develop and own financial forecasts for Commercial and Operations, ensuring long-term sustainability.
• Apportion factory costs to individual products to maximise profitability.
• Analyse sales, marketing, and operational accruals and journals to ensure financial integrity.
• Compile comprehensive month-end commentary and financial analysis.
• Assist with strategic forecasting and produce detailed sales forecasts based on market trends and insights.

Requirements:
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Qlik reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
