As a Senior Traffic & Transportation Engineer with Austin Fraser, you will lead and manage traffic and transportation projects from inception to completion. Your technical expertise will ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Develop and implement traffic management strategies and transportation plans.
  • Traffic Impact Assessments: Conduct feasibility studies and assess the impact of traffic on infrastructure.
  • Design and Review: Design and review traffic and transportation infrastructure, including roads, intersections, and public transport systems.
  • Technical Advice: Provide expert advice and support to clients and stakeholders.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Chartered Engineer status or working towards it.
  • Extensive experience in traffic and transportation engineering.
  • Proficiency in traffic modeling software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent project management and leadership abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

We offer a competitive salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
