About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the German Market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and revenue expansion in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive new business growth and revenue expansion in the German Market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise and network to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies, including marketing, product, and customer success.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in driving new business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Strong knowledge of the German Market and its key players, trends, and challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on results and delivery.
  • Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
