FM Conway is a leading provider of transportation solutions, and we are currently seeking a skilled Commercial Administrator to join our Term Maintenance division.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer and monitor FM Conway's interactions with clients and their electronic financial management systems.

- Prepare and submit applications for payment, ensuring timely submission.

- Process completion and maintenance certificates, and receipt task orders.

- Prepare and submit weekly resource forecasts for borough plant and materials.

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with strong administrative skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent organizational abilities. Experience in the highways or construction industry is beneficial. A minimum of NVQ Level 2 in business administration or equivalent is required.
