FM Conway is seeking a skilled Commercial Administrator to support our Term Maintenance division in providing exceptional contract administration services to our clients. This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Purley Oaks depot in South London.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and administer FM Conway's interactions with clients and their electronic financial management systems.

- Prepare and submit applications for payment within required timescales.

- Process receipting task orders and completion certificates.

- Provide weekly resource forecasts for borough plant and materials.

- Collaborate with the Contracts Manager and Quantity Surveyor to ensure timely client payments and avoid cash flow issues.

- Liaise with site teams and the training team to maintain workforce competence.

- Request purchase orders and raise requisitions as needed.

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with strong administrative skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a keen eye for detail. Experience in the highways or construction industry is beneficial. A GCSE-level education or equivalent and NVQ Level 2 in business administration or equivalent are required. This role involves travel to other FM Conway locations, so a full UK driving license is necessary.
