About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Tesco Clevedon Superstore. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, card payments, and other payment methods.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines and company policies.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and stock management activities to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
