About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Tesco Colleague in Clevedon. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store with a positive experience.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive store performance.
  • Be knowledgeable about our products and services, making recommendations to customers and promoting our offers.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events, enhancing the customer experience and promoting our brand.
  • Be proactive in identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and store performance.

What We Offer

  • A competitive hourly rate, with opportunities for pay increases and additional payments based on location and skills.
  • A minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with flexibility to work fewer hours (minimum 12) if desired.
