About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support Executive to join our team at CPI SELECTION. As a Sales Support Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team in achieving their objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the day-to-day operation of the product is displayed to the brand standard.
  • Maintain the Outlet product stock list and location of each item.
  • Update stock on various sales platforms.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and maintain the highest levels of customer service.
  • Liaise with the Sales & Marketing Director on Outlet sales to plan promotions and product offers.
  • Process and follow-up orders from the Showroom, website, and eBay.
Requirements
  • Good organisational and administrative skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • IT literate, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Commercial awareness and develop industry knowledge.
