As a Senior Play Specialist, you will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement play programmes that meet the unique needs of each child. Your expertise in therapeutic play will enable you to assess and modify interventions to measure child's progress and ensure the effectiveness of the care plan.

We offer a competitive salary package of £34,100 - £41,572 per annum, inclusive of an excellent benefits package. This includes 25 days holiday per year, increasing with service, plus bank holidays, private healthcare insurance, a comprehensive pension scheme, season ticket loan, cycle to work scheme, group life assurance, critical illness cover, enhanced maternity and paternity pay, and corporate staff discount.

In addition to your salary and benefits, you will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and expertise in therapeutic play.
