About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Support Staff Member to join our team at Your Care Recruitment. As a Support Staff Member, you will work alongside clients with learning disabilities and mental health issues in the Scarborough area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality support to clients with learning disabilities and mental health issues.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
- Develop and maintain a good understanding of clients' needs and preferences.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 12 months' experience working with people with learning disabilities and mental health issues.
- Full UK driving license.
- Medications training and Oliver McGowan training are advantageous but not essential, as training can be provided.
- Flexible hours, including paid sleep shifts.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
