Job Title: Insurance Reinsurance Broker

Miller is seeking an experienced Insurance Reinsurance Broker to join our Reinsurance team in Group Operations. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the processing of Treaty reinsurance and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their business and risk management needs.
  • Initiate and track impending renewals, gathering renewal information in a timely manner to ensure seamless contract execution.
  • Liaise with Account Executives and Client-facing teams to ensure accurate and timely preparation of market documentation.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and produce bespoke wordings for clients, as well as other wording products as required.
  • Ensure agreed wording changes are incorporated within contracts as needed.
  • Support the creation of presentations for both new and existing clients.
  • Prepare accurate and timely production of client documentation, including Market Reform Contracts, Evidence of Cover, Policies, slips, wordings clauses, etc.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar field, preferably in Treaty Reinsurance or a related area.
  • Knowledge of Lloyd's and London insurance markets/reinsurance markets and reinsurers.
  • Experience in account handling and broking processes.
  • Knowledge of Treaty Reinsurance (desired).
  • Experience in producing MRCs and/or broking is essential.
  • Knowledge of Treaty Insurance (essential).
