This is a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking and progressive not-for-profit organisation that conducts a worldwide program of conferences, seminars, and other events of interest to the arbitration and ADR community.

In light of the significant growth in the use of arbitration as the preferred method of international dispute resolution, there has been a substantial increase in demand for GRL Legal's services. As a result, the organisation is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Casework Administrator to join its team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, with the ability to supervise casework accounting matters and liaise with arbitrators to receive their fees. The role also involves working closely with the Senior Counsel of the assigned team to ensure the smooth administration of cases.

The organisation offers a supportive and friendly environment, with a focus on career progression and development. Flexible working arrangements are available, with two days in the office and the opportunity to work from home.

The Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise casework accounting matters in liaison with GRL Legal's accounting staff
  • Liaise with arbitrators to receive their fees
  • Work closely with the Senior Counsel of the assigned team to ensure the smooth administration of cases
