High-Performing Sales Representative Wanted for Global Company

We are seeking a highly skilled Specification Sales Representative to join our team in the Midlands and South East of England. As a Specification Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our full range of window and door solution products for use in commercial developments and refurbishments.
Key Responsibilities:- Selling our products to architects, specifiers, developers, consultants, and contractors
- Generating product/system specifications in line with targeted expectations
- Working closely with commercial fabricators and installers to maintain and defend those specifications
- Developing, hosting, and delivering technical presentations such as CPD seminars for architects and other construction professionals
To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record of sales success in the windows, doors, curtain walling, or building envelope arena. You will also possess good project management skills, confident presentation skills, and excellent communication skills. A demonstrable track record in specification selling is essential, as well as knowledge of wind loadings and the fabric of a building (desirable).
What We OfferIn return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus vehicle allowance and bonuses. This is a full-time, permanent role that offers opportunities for professional growth and development.
