Training Centre Manager Position

The Growth Company's Education and Skills team is seeking a highly skilled Training Centre Manager to lead the performance management and success of our Training Centres. As one of the largest providers of skills and training in the UK, we are dedicated to supporting businesses and individuals with apprenticeships, higher education, and commercial training.
Job Description:
We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, and an excellent benefits package. Our ideal candidate will have strong people management skills, excellent organisational and time management skills, and a clear focus on the internal and external customer. They will be able to work effectively under pressure and maintain a professional approach. Key responsibilities include assisting in developing individual service area plans, creating detailed delivery plans and timetables to meet agreed targets, and managing key employers and partners. Our successful candidate will be qualified and experienced in teaching and staff performance management, with the ability to develop internal and external relationships with partners and key industry employers. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of everyone, including vulnerable adults and young people.
Salary: £45,000 per annum
