We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as an Educational Support Assistant.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with children and young people with special educational needs (SEN) and make a real difference in their lives.

Duties and Responsibilities

">

As an Educational Support Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced teachers and other support staff to provide one-to-one support to students in a variety of settings.

">

Your duties will include assisting with lesson planning and preparation, maintaining accurate records and reports, and contributing to the development of our school's policies and procedures.

">

Requirements and Qualifications

">

To be considered for this role, you will need to have a genuine interest in working with children and young people with SEN.

">

You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

">

A valid DBS check and two recent references, covering the last 2 years, are also required.

">

Benefits and Salary

">

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including free specialist training, paid holiday time and a recommending a friend bonus scheme.

Free DBS checks and a refund of the cost after 20 days of work are also provided.
