">We are currently recruiting for an Educational Support Assistant to work with us on a term-time only basis. The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
">Job Description
">The ideal candidate will be a passionate and caring individual who is looking to make a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs (SEN). As an Educational Support Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced teachers and other support staff to provide one-to-one support to students in a variety of settings.
">Your duties will include supporting students with their learning, behaviour and social skills, as well as assisting with lesson planning and preparation. You will also be required to maintain accurate records and reports, and contribute to the development of our school's policies and procedures.
">Required Skills and Qualifications
">To be considered for this role, you will need to have a genuine interest in working with children and young people with SEN. You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
">In addition, you will need to have a valid DBS check and two recent references, covering the last 2 years. We also require that you have a right to work in the UK and are able to commit to working term-time only.
