Job Title: Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team at Creed Foodservice Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.


Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of Customer Service Executives.
  • Recruit, train, and develop Telesales and Customer Service teams.
  • Contribute to a diverse and inclusive culture through coaching and mentoring.
  • Ensure professionalism and a great customer experience.
  • Motivate team members and assess performance.
  • Coach and develop team members through call monitoring and training.
  • Presentation of new processes to the team.
  • Daily huddles and communication between teams.
  • Customer queries and complaints handling.

Requirements
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills.
  • Experience in training and developing team members.
  • Flexible approach and commercial acumen.
  • Keen interest in Food and a good understanding of foodservice.
  • Implementation of improvement projects.
  • Root cause analysis and critical thinking skills.

Salary and Benefits

We offer an estimated salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, for this Temporary role, along with a range of benefits including professional development opportunities and a competitive compensation package.
