Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Junior Account Manager to join our team and play a fundamental role in driving platform engagement, client success, and partner relations across a portfolio of dealer partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with dealer partners to grow engagement and share of wallet
  • Become a credible source of knowledge on vehicle acquisition and our platform's value proposition
  • Report internally on engagement and retention, changes to portfolio performance, and market trends
  • Manage a large portfolio of smaller dealers, handling inbound queries and requests, and understanding their platform needs
  • Identify potential churn or lapses in performance and respond proactively

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and relationship-building abilities
  • Activity-focused with high levels of telephone and email communication
  • Consultative and creative approach to problem-solving, collaborating with other departments
  • Proactive and goal-oriented, working autonomously to impact results
  • Basic skills in manipulating data in Excel/Google Sheets and drawing insights
  • Ability to clearly document and store updates in our Salesforce system
  • Experience in the automotive space is a plus, but not essential
  • Ability to handle objections and manage challenging conversations with clients
