Position Overview

The Sales Development Specialist will play a crucial role in driving sales performance within the UK, Middle East, and North Africa regions. Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, this individual will collaborate closely with the regional team to implement strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing sales effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the sales funnel, including lead generation, test drive requests, and conversion rates.
  • Develop tailored sales proposals for prospective customers and analyze lost leads to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate UK stock management and align marketing strategies with vehicle availability.
  • Establish a balanced scorecard for the Agent and Dealer Network to track performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Conduct in-depth business case analysis for market entry strategies and evaluate various sales channels.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in international business development, particularly within customer and product launches.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Knowledge of current customer experience best practices and industry benchmarks.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Experience with SAP or similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • Demonstrated success in an international business setting.
