Katanox is a B2B marketplace that connects travel sellers and accommodation providers. Our platform offers a unique opportunity to improve every stage of the travel transaction by removing barriers for our partners to do business.

We're looking for a Sales leader to join our team and lead our global commercial efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong entrepreneurial mindset, excellent analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills, and experience leading sales in a high-growth technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to shape Katanox products and solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Recruit, build, and lead a team of new business sales professionals.
  • Coach and guide the team in developing consultative and solution-based sales skills throughout the sales cycle.
  • Develop the long-term vision and strategy for the team and manage day-to-day operations, focusing on performance against key sales metrics.
  • Be involved in strategic deals, managing executive relationships, and helping the team close deals.
  • Participate in industry events to drive positive market awareness.

About You

  • 5+ years of sales experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading sales in a high-growth technology environment.
  • Ability to hire, train, and coach a high-performance sales team.
  • Demonstrated passion for scaling new technology businesses.
  • Experience with transactional volume-based commercial models.
