The Job DescriptionAs an Account Director - B2B at Digital Radish, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth. You will also manage client relationships, deliver high-quality services, and lead weekly status calls with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth.
- Manage client relationships and ensure delivery of high-quality services.
- Lead weekly status calls with clients and report results and successes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Experience working in account management, within a b2b agency environment.
- Proven ability to manage b2b clients with multiple projects and teams.
- Exceptional organisational and project management skills.
- Digitally fluent, with an understanding of the b2b landscape.
- Ability to understand the client's business and discuss intelligently with the client.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer 28 days annual leave, flexible working, and a range of benefits including monthly socials and a personal development budget.
