Construction and Land Surveyor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction and Land Surveyor to work on a £500m rail project in London. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to report at all levels.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £42,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. The ideal candidate will have a degree or higher level in a surveying, engineering, mining or construction discipline and a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in a similar role within the construction or mining industries.

About the Role:
  • Set up and maintain control points for the construction of major structures.
  • Carry out initial setting out of major structures, tunnels and regular as-built checks during construction.
  • Support shift engineer in their setting out duties and for SCL works support for profile control.
