Drive Sales Growth as a Head of Sales in East Midlands

We are a market leader in property services, seeking an experienced Head of Sales to join our dynamic team in the East Midlands.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and operational efficiency, managing a team of up to 10 and developing and executing a winning sales strategy.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives business growth and expansion.
  • Lead and inspire your team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
  • Build strong client relationships through key account management strategies.
  • Streamline operations by implementing a new sales process and managing order processing flow.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales management experience: A track record of success in sales management, ideally within the house building or a related industry.
  • Strong leadership skills: The ability to motivate, inspire, and coach your team to achieve their full potential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: The ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
