Job Title: Clinical Database Developer

About the Role:

Hobson Prior, a leading provider of clinical research solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Database Developer to join our team. As a key member of our data management team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining databases for clinical research projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Database Design and Development: Create database specifications based on clinical research needs, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Database Management: Build, validate, and maintain databases for clinical research projects, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
  • Data Management Planning: Develop data management plans and guidelines to ensure data consistency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members and study site staff on database usage and data management best practices.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the improvement of data management processes and procedures, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all projects comply with relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical research professionals, data analysts, and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Master's or Doctorate degree or equivalent experience in a related field is a plus.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and local language, if different.
