We're looking for a compassionate and responsive individual to join our team as a Healthcare Support Worker. As a key member of our care team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and support to residents, including washing and dressing
- Assisting with meals and ensuring residents have access to nutritious food and drink
- Completing daily care plans to ensure residents' needs are met
- Supporting residents with mobility and ensuring their safety
