Job Summary
We are seeking an IM&T Support Technician to join our team at Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for our laboratory information management systems, collaborating with stakeholders, and developing technical procedures and guidelines.

About the Role
• Provide technical support for laboratory information management systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical issues
• Develop and maintain technical procedures and guidelines
• Conduct training sessions for staff on new systems and technologies
• Participate in quality assurance activities and produce documentation

Key Requirements
• IT or Biomedical Science related BSc (Hons) degree or equivalent experience
• Experience of using CliniSys WinPath system or similar LIMS
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including spreadsheets and word processing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
