Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Morris & Spottiswood. As a key member of the HR team, you will provide strategic HR advice and support to the company's internal divisions, driving HR projects across the wider business in support of the Group's People Plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to internal divisions
  • Lead HR projects, including transformation projects, to drive business growth and improvement
  • Develop and implement targeted people support strategies to meet business needs
  • Upskill managers across the group in relation to policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with local stakeholders, employees, and managers to understand HR needs and create effective solutions

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced and busy HR team
  • Proven track record of leading HR projects, including transformation projects
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business
