Job Description

The Wellbeing Coordinator will be responsible for creating a stimulating environment that promotes resident wellbeing, independence, and social engagement. This involves developing tailored programmes focused on improving overall wellbeing, working closely with residents and their families.

Main Duties

This role requires strong organizational skills, a driven mindset, and the ability to inspire residents and staff to participate in activities within the home and local community.
