Our client, a large franchised main dealership, in Swindon, is seeking an experienced Service Manager / Aftersales Manager to lead their Aftersales team.
Key Responsibilities:- Organise, coach, motivate and lead your workshop & front of house team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure departmental profitability and meet dealership and manufacturer budgets.
- Control expenses, recruit and select staff, and develop and improve CSI and customer experience.
- Minimum of 2 years' Service Manager / Aftersales Manager experience.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Desirable: Franchised dealership experience, Kerridge experience.
Basic salary of £40,000, on-target earnings of £52,000 (uncapped), use of company vehicle, and extensive benefits package.
